Fairvale High School

The redevelopment of Fairvale High School in the Sydney suburb of Fairfield was a multimillion-dollar undertaking, involving the construction of new teaching spaces, specialised classrooms, a multipurpose hall, improved play spaces and updated staff and admin facilities. We were enlisted to provide a ceiling solution for the extensive school upgrade.

durlum metal ceilings are a popular choice not least for their extreme durability and low maintenance (saving on time and ongoing costs), but because of their design versatility. For this project, we opted for durlum’s S7 double hook-on ceiling system, which could be optimised for acoustics, and both the panels and grid can be dismantled quickly if required to allow for ease of access during future building works.
