200 George Street (EY Centre) developed by Mirvac, is one of the first “Smart Buildings” construction in Australia.

The building showcases pioneering technology; a high-performance closed cavity façade system in conjunction with the Prodema Natural Timber louvres contained in the tripled-glazed curtainwall gives the building a warmth that its grey neighbours can only dream about.
