Located on the waterfront in Drummoyne, Breeze Apartments is a multi-residential building that has undergone a significant façade recladding, replacing existing cladding with ALPOLIC™ NC/A1 to enhance safety, performance and the building’s overall appearance.
Approximately 2,000 m² of ALPOLIC™ NC/A1 in Dark Grey Metallic was used across the façade. The refined metallic finish complements the building’s contemporary architecture and waterfront setting, while the material’s excellent flatness and consistency provide a clean, precise finish across the large façade areas.
Manufactured in Japan by Mitsubishi Chemical Infratec Co., Ltd., ALPOLIC™ NC/A1 is a non-combustible mineral core aluminium cladding solution backed by a 20-year full-cover manufacturer’s warranty, providing long-term confidence for owners and residents.
