Byron Bay Bus Interchange

We partnered with Bishton Group to provide a ceiling solution for the Byron Bay Bus Interchange project for Transport NSW. Parklex Prodema natural wood cladding was used for the architectural roof, which was custom designed for the main terminal area including amenities block. Prodema cladding was selected as it’s low-maintenance yet still delivers high-end aesthetics, which perfectly complements the timber panelling feature along the amenities block.

Prodema is sustainably sourced from managed PEFC-certified forests. With a UV-resistant PVDF film and synthetic resin protecting the panels, Prodema is non-stick to reduce the build-up of dust and dirt – an ideal choice for exterior structures. Unlike other wood products, Prodema does not need recoating, saving on ongoing maintenance costs.
