Moreton Bay Central Fire and Rescue Station

The Moreton Bay Central Fire and Rescue Station in Narangba, QLD, officially opened in November 2023, marking a significant enhancement in fire and emergency response capabilities for the Moreton Bay Central communities.

This $6 million facility features state-of-the-art infrastructure, including three engine bays, a duty office, a training room, a turnout room, and a locker room. It is equipped to accommodate two urban pumper tankers and various specialised equipment, ensuring that firefighters can respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies. The station also serves as a hub for proactive community engagement, working to prevent incidents before they occur.

For the fins and hood of the station’s entry and gym, ALPOLIC™ NC/A1 in Champagne Metallic was selected. This material, renowned for its industry-leading fire safety credentials, provides an additional layer of protection, enhancing the overall safety of the facility.
