275 Kent Street, also known as Westpac Place, is a landmark 32-storey premium-grade commercial tower in Sydney’s CBD and the national headquarters of Westpac Banking Corporation. The building is currently undergoing a comprehensive façade upgrade to replace non-compliant materials while improving long-term safety and performance.
ALPOLIC™ NC/A1 was specified for its non-combustible mineral core, excellent flatness and refined architectural finish, making it well suited to large-scale commercial recladding projects. The specification was further supported by a 20-year full-cover manufacturer’s warranty from Mitsubishi Chemical Infratec Co., Ltd., providing long-term confidence for building owners and stakeholders.
Spanning approximately 13,920m², the recladding works represent a significant upgrade to the building envelope, delivering a contemporary façade outcome aligned with current compliance requirements and the tower’s premium commercial positioning.
