120 Bunda Street Cairns Reclad

The facade of this prominent office building in Far North Queensland needed to be reclad in DtS compliant non-combustible cladding. The building owner chose Mitsubishi ALPOLIC™ NC/A1 because of its exceptional durability, unparalleled colour and gloss retention, and unmatched 20-year full cover manufacturer’s warranty, which includes materials, labour and rectification costs, and requires no cleaning to maintain the warranty.

A mix of White & Off-White finishes were used to create a subtle mosaic of white panels, as inspired by the Cairns Performing Arts Centre (CPAC) also finished in ALPOLIC™. Medium Grey Metallic was chosen to complete the look, perfectly complementing the shades of white, and providing a bright and modern finish.
