Top Ryde Residential Tower
The residential apartment buildings located above Top Ryde City Shopping Centre underwent a comprehensive recladding project to address combustible cladding concerns while significantly improving the building’s appearance. With façade consultancy provided by Diagnostech, the existing cladding was replaced with ALPOLIC™ NC/A1, delivering a DtS non-combustible aluminium cladding solution suitable for high-rise residential applications.
Beyond compliance, the new façade provides a contemporary, refreshed aesthetic that enhances the buildings’ street presence and long-term value. The project demonstrates how safety-driven recladding can also achieve strong architectural outcomes, giving building owners greater confidence in both performance and visual longevity.
